  • Quarterly home maintenance reports
  • These cloud-based reports include pictures, reports on repairs done and recommendations on future maintenance and repair work
  • The property visits include one hour of maintenance work by qualified tradesmen
  • These reports include estimates on future work needed to give the landlord the chance to budget for future repair and maintenance bills.

WHATS INCLUDED

tickPackages start at a monthly cost of £25 plus VAT.
  • You will be guaranteed a quarterly visit of 90 minutes* (size dependant). We will allow up to 2 hours for the first visit at no additional costs as first surveys normally take longer
  • All visits will include a one-hour slot to attend to maintenance issues.
  • Our reports include pictures, feedback on maintenance improvements done and is customised to each property.
  • All recommendations and estimates on future work are purely recommendations and the landlords are under no obligation to continue. They are welcome to a second opinion, invite other tenders and appoint their own contractors
